R E C R U I T M E N T

We are growing and have teaching opportunities for September 2017 in Kindergarten and Middle School.

We are looking to recruit a talented and qualified kindergarten teacher, looking for a fresh challenge, to join a team of warm and welcoming colleagues.

The conditions are dynamic and pioneering.

And as we continue to grow, we are looking for a colleague to join us in the emerging middle school (12+) arena. In the coming years, we will take the journey into adolescence, the 14+ plus agenda and, of course, the upper school curriculum and an exam offer at 16.

To help us meet these challenges and developments, we seek an enthusiastic, energetic and talented colleague to join us on the road in September 2017. For more details on our Middle School opportunity click here

Please return back regularily to see further opportunities.

Under the Equality Act of 1 October 2010, The Academy is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for the benefit of everyone. It is part of our core ethos to respect and value each person as an individual human being, each with their own gifts and challenges and this is regardless of, sex, race, religion and belief, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, pregnancy, and maternity. The Governing Body and staff recognise their responsibilities in preparing young people for life in our culturally diverse society and showing by example the value of respect for each other as well as self-respect. They also recognise the opportunity to demonstrate that commitment both as a community resources provider and as a local employer.

The Steiner Academy Frome wishes to employ staff who are caring and will uphold the ethos and curriculum of the Academy. To support this, the Academy takes into account the guidance issued by the DfE "Keeping children safe in education" April 2014 and "Working together to Safeguard Children 2013"
